About this opportunity

 

As a Change Lead, you will be a vital part of our Process & Project Management team in our Business Development unit. You will drive and support the diverse improvement initiatives within Transaction Banking to enable customer excellence and efficient operations. Your responsibilities, facilitating/coordinating of improvement projects and acting as a thought leader within the area. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from business and product units, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall development of capabilities in the team.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implement and govern continuous improvement framework
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Drive and support identified key change initiatives (e.g. process improvements) in cross-functional teams
  • Ensure smooth transition and successful adoption of changes by navigating resistance, addressing concern and providing support
  • Proactively engage with diverse stakeholders in the bank to build strong relationships and to gain buy-in for the change initiatives
  • Effectively communicate the vision for change, build trust and empower employees to embrace new ways of working

The team is part of the Business Development unit that focus on driving commercial excellence cross Transaction Banking covering areas of commercial management, offerings & partnerships and pricing excellence.

 

The role is based in Nordics or Baltics.

Your experience and background: 

  • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement framework
  • >2 years of experience in driving improvement initiatives and coaching/facilitating others
  • Experience with process improvements and business process management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience with MEGA Hopex platform (Nordea’s chosen process mapping tool) is preferred
