We are looking for a passionate Commercial Manager to Transaction Banking Commercial Management unit, with a winning attitude to drive our commercial efforts towards our Nordic markets. This is a full time and permanent position

 

As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for identifying customer segment specific offerings based on market requirements and opportunities, crafting powerful and innovative go-to-market strategies to unlock these opportunities and becoming an expert of your customer segments to realise business goals on revenue, customer acquisition and profitability.

 

About our team
 

Meet the Commercial Management team. Our role is to facilitate the customer centric business development in Transaction Banking.  
Our team consist of 5 commercial managers one each for the Cash Management, Trade Solution, Cards, eInvoices and Mobile Wallets areas. We are located in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Drive initiatives around the customer centric development in the Trade Solution area and Cash Management area
  • Stakeholder management with the Business  and Product Area Heads in Trade Solution and Cash Management
  • Consistently work with market and industry research to identify new offering opportunities to enable the creation of attractive offerings
  • Work with strategy formulation and strategy reporting

 

The role can be located in Stockholm or Helsinki and you will report to Head of Commercial Management within TxB Business Development. Welcome to a team having an important role in securing successful rollout of our commercial offerings.

Your background and skills include:

  • Previous relevant work experience in the Trade Solution and Cash Management area, business development, preferably from consulting and/or a hands on commercial role at a bank/financial institution
  • Strong communication, collaboration and power point creation skills  with the ability to present to C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and customer centric mindset. You are naturally curious and can quickly understand key dynamics of new domains
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or another relevant field
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
