In Digital Wealth, we work together with Customer Responsible Units to run a successful savings business. We enable our customers to unlock their financial potential by developing, optimizing and supporting market-leading advice & self-service savings solutions. We are now looking for a Content Manager to join our Digital Sales & Engagement team focusing on Private Banking customers.
As the Content Manager in Digital Wealth, your role will be to engage our Private Banking customers with compelling content through planning, writing and publishing in digital channels. You will build engaging digital experiences and ensure that we meet the target group with the right message with the right tone of voice to create customer value and satisfaction.
You will do this in a virtual, Nordic, cross functional team, with the support of a Product Owner, other Content Managers, Marketing Automation Specialists and Data Analysts with high ambitions, a collaborative approach and focus on elevating customer experiences. In this role it is essential that you have excellent writing skills, a prestige less can-do attitude as well as an interest in testing and optimization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan, write and publish content and campaigns towards our Private Banking customers in digital channels (nordea.xx, netbank, mobile app), supporting business objectives and contributing to customer value and satisfaction
- Source and curate content from expert teams across the bank to provide customers with timely, relevant & engaging content fit for the target audience
- Publication in content management tools (engaging customer content as well as mandatory updates such as legal and accessibility requirements)
- Together with the team support developing an omni-channel content strategy and delivery plan balancing Nordic as well as local needs
- Coordination, collaboration and prioritization: you will work closely with colleagues in the team and with business stakeholders outside the team, to achieve value-driven prioritization among activities and to ensure synergies are created across the Nordic countries
- Follow up on, analyse and optimize content and campaign performance together with data analysts to gather insights and learnings
You will join Digital Wealth, a professional, fun, and collaborative unit striving for best-in-class digital savings services for Nordea customers and advisers. The role is based in Helsinki.
Who you are

Your experience and background:
- Previous experience from working with content management & demonstrated capabilities of creating high quality content for various channels and audiences
- Experience from various Content Management Systems, e.g. Tridion, Magnolia and other relevant tools and platforms: Keyword Planners, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Siteimprove
- Understanding of the private banking customer and savings market is a plus but interest to learn is a must
- You have a relevant university degree, e.g. marketing, communication, journalism and/or relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Finnish is required, proficiency in Finnish Swedish is very beneficial
