We are looking for a passionate and talented Digital Paid Media Performance Specialist to drive digital sales and engagements from paid media channels like Social Media, Search and Display. This is a permanent position in Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team, focusing on serving Personal Banking customers.
About our team
Meet the Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team. Our role is to engage with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels. You would join the Savings team that utilizes these channels to help our customers enhance their financial wellbeing and wealth.
You will also have a community of other Paid Media Specialists and Digital Marketing Managers locally and Nordic. Our ambition is to serve our local personal banking customers with Nordic scale, utilizing the knowledge and learnings from all four Nordic countries.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Translate business objectives to impactful digital media sales and engagement strategies
- Set the right channel mix based on the communication and creative strategy.
- Daily hands-on management and optimization of digital media campaigns and channels, focused on paid search and social media
- Manage performance reports and analytics insights
- Manage creative insights and requirements
- Manage return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Always challenge the status quo
- Manage collaboration with vendors and other stakeholders
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you:
- Are passionate about digital media and digital marketing performance
- Are experienced in driving ROI/ROAS from digital paid media channels
- Have a digital media and creative performance mindset
- Are a digital native, passionate for anything digital marketing related
- Are numerate and have strong analytical skills, using analytics tools to monitor, measure and provide insight on behaviour that can drive leads and sales.
- Thrive in a complex environment, generating ideas, solving problems independently and communicate these ideas and decisions effectively to team members and stakehold
Your background and skills include:
- +5 years of proven paid media experience on capturing customer and business needs and translating them into impactful digital media advertising initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and ROAS
- Proven experience in driving online business growth (leads and sales) from digital channels
- Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
- Hands-on experience of using SoMe management platforms preferable
- Hands-on experience of using analytics platforms like Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience working with retail brands or online stores would be preferable
- Fluent in English & Finnish (Professional level)
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
