About our team  
 

Welcome to the Finance Architecture team, wich is a part of the Group Architecture organisation. We add value by providing architecture material that enables informed decisions regarding optimal composition of change portfolios and design of solutions developed.


We are looking for a team member in our Service Area for Finance, to act as Domain Architect Lead for Capital Management.    


As Domain Architect Lead, you’ll play a valuable role in driving the architecture work aimed to provide solution design for development initiatives (both waterfall and SAFe-based) that will meet identified requirements compliance with approved with target & transition architectures as well as technology standards. You will be overall responsible for architecture whtin the domain.

 

What you’ll be doing
 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Create and maintain the Target & Transition Architecture for the domain.
  • Provide solution design and architectural leadership for agile release trains including creation of content relating to business, application, data, process and technology architecture viewpoints and doucmentation such as High-Level Design (HLD)
  • As a response to priroritised problem spaces; you will present design options and recommend solutions that deliver the most business value while limiting technical debt. This includes articulating benefits and drawbacks of various design options, and recommendation of what’s preferred

   

You’ll join a team of experienced architects that has a central role in providing architecture steer and governance for the Finance Service Area. We offer flexible working hours, possibilites to combine working both from the office and home.

  • Communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation and explain complex concepts in clear and understandable ways to build understanding
  • Have the ability to work with engineers, developers, project managers, as well as C-level executives to demonstrate Group Architecture’s value proposition, and align on architecture recommendations

 

Your background and skills include:

  • At least 5 years’ work experience with an excellent track record of working with architecture and technology implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive development of target and transition architectures and to craft fit-for-purpose solution design content that provides explicit guidance for agile transformation initiatives
  • Experience with integration architecture, common enterprise application integration patterns to support batch, real-time and near-real-time data integration, and related integration technologies
  • Understanding of data and information architecture including data modelling and experience with common data management technologies
  • Understanding of information security requirements and experience with implementation of appropriate controls as part of solutions
  • Architecture modelling experience using architecture modelling tools and notations
  • Experience of Capital, Liquidity, Credit and/or Financial Risk management is not a prerequisite, but would be a great advantage
