About this opportunity
 
Welcome to the Execution Leadership team in Business & Institutional Technology. We add value by orchestrating vital change initiatives covering front, middle and back office, payments, cards, and data management, among others. As Experienced Scrum Master, you will play a valuable role in advancing digital transformation agenda at Nordea by managing environments in Payments area, catering for both agile and traditional IT deliveries.

  • Facilitate scrum team events, agile ceremonies and workshops
  • Coach and mentor team members, establish feedback loops and encourage constant learning

Your experience and background:

  • Demonstrable experience in the Scrum Master role, building high-performing teams in agile and distributed settings
  • Firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum), lean principles and project management, including financials, risk and dependency management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with talented teams, take initiative and procure results, as well as suggest practical actions to improve ways of working and implement best practices
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, QA processes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid knowledge of release & rollout process
  • Understanding the core differences of system environments (Dev, Test, NFT, PreProd & Prod) and their role in product delivery
  • Ability to collaborate with external software vendors discussing software delivery, raising defects and expectations in resulting patching
  • System vulnerabilities remediation practices with ability to practically solve newly found vulnerabilities by research, putting action items and tracking progress on the solution
  • Completed Scrum master training (SAFe certification preferred)
