We are looking for a Nordic Head of Customer Acquisition to lead and drive the customer acquisition team and activities in Business Banking Digital Sales and Engagement unit. This is a full-time and permanent position.
About our team
Welcome to Digital Sales and Engagement team in Business Banking. We grow and nurture the Small Business & Entrepreneurs customer segment with customer acquisition, and high-quality customer engagement programs in our digital sales channels and platforms. Our objective is to grow the SB&E segment, to boost customer satisfaction, and to increase the share of digital sales, driving channel transition. As the Nordic Head of Customer Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in achieving these targets. You lead the Nordic team of digital sales & marketing professionals, and will be working closely together with the entire team. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders in Business Banking, all contributing to the common goal of driving growth.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Lead the Nordic digital customer acquisition team, and create a work environment built on trust, collaboration and good communication
- Drive SB&E segment growth for all Nordic countries by introducing customer acquisition strategies tailored to the customer segment behaviour and Nordea digital channels
- Create new ways of working and processes to support the new strategic growth areas, demonstrate willingness and flexibility to experiment to find new best practices for the team
- Collaborate closely across different teams in Digital Sales and Engagement unit, and other key stakeholders such as Business Banking country customer responsible units and group marketing
- Support and coach the entire Digital Sales and Engagement team on growth marketing, customer acquisition techniques and paid media best practices
- Analyse and optimize the chosen customer acquisition activities constantly to improve conversion rate and return on marketing investment
- Develop multi-channel acquisition programs utilising for example paid search, paid social, display, OLV
- Be comfortable with legal questions related to data and it's usage, in a regulated B2B and Banking environment

Your background and skills include:
- Proven track record in leading growth with new customer acquisition in digital environment, driving tangible results in business growth while maintaining good customer experience, profitability and brand image
- Experience in commercial and team leadership, supporting the team and developing new processes and ways of working for digital customer acquisition
- Experience in achieving results through people and leading a team with senior and experienced experts, with high integrity and empowering leadership style
- Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and utilization of commercial insight data for business value generation
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work for the common objectives and priorities while driving own area to success
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
