We are looking for an engaging Leader with a passion for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and development to lead a team of dedicated IT Security specialists and developers in our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. This is an opportunity for you to be part of an international team, eager to support our mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected.

About this opportunity

In IAM we provide centralised and standardised IAM services and act as single point of contact for all units within Nordea acquiring these services. IAM belongs to the Cyber Security area within Nordea.

Welcome to the Privileged Access Management team working with requirements, design and development of our business critical CyberArk application. As a Leader of the team, you’ll play a valuable role in creating roadmaps, developing and coaching your direct reports, including Product Owner and Scrum Master. As a member of the extended IAM management team, you will also play a vital role in contributing to the overall IAM Business Plan.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead a global team consisting of approx. 8 employees
  • Define and set the vision and roadmap as well as maturing the PAM area. Drive improvements and contribute to the IAM strategy for the future
  • Ensure a good line of communication towards stakeholders and management.
  • Help your team evaluate business cases of development items and ensure that product development is in line with overall goals and the needs of the bank and end users
  • Secure that legal and regulatory compliance requirement are adhered to
  • Closely cooperate with Operations to make sure CyberArk is up and running and secure in terms of patching and vulnerabilities

Your experience and background:

  • Leadership experience with proven track record of team development and documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
  • Have very good knowledge in Privileged Access Management,  identity security best practices, for both on-premise and cloud environments as well as fundamental security approaches and principles (such as Zero Trust and Least Privilege)
  • Has worked several years with authentication solutions and processes, with focus on end2end solutions and have a key interest in Cyber Security and supporting technologies
  • Understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycle
  • Previous experience working with DevOps team in Agile/Scrum methodology is a must
  • Your educational background is master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
