We are now looking for an IT Lead for our IT Credit & Risk team in Nordea Finance. Welcome to Nordea Finance to help lead us through our digitalisation journey. About this opportunity

Our team is a product and technology focused group of IT professionals supporting the needs of multiple business lines across Nordea Finance. We deliver digital solutions that help Nordea Finance customers fulfil their self-servicing, communication and financing needs. We build and integrate platforms for Mobile, Web, API’s and core systems that enable the digitalization journey through multiple channels, for both household and corporate segments. We have the full lifecycle ownership of our solutions, and our engineers cover all roles needed for teams to deliver those solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team of engineering professionals in building solutions for our business lines.
• Engaging, coaching and empowering people to achieve agreed deliverables and goals.
• Taking active part of the delivery of needed customer solutions on equal terms with the other members of the execution team.
• Actively demonstrating focus on business needs and finding technical solutions to solve those needs.
• Ensuring that the team takes full responsibility for delivering working software, all the way from definition to quality assurance and into production.
• Combining leadership responsibilities with contribution in a SAFe delivery role such as Scrum Master or Architect.

This role is based in Helsinki, this is a new permanent role.

Your experience and background:  

• Proven leadership abilities with hands on development experience.
• Professional experience in delivering and understanding the lifecycle of business software and what it takes to make long lasting solutions.
• SAFe certification and proven track record contributing in an agile role such as Scrum Master.
