About this opportunity

 

Nordea Life is a subsidiary to Nordea. We offer life insurance solutions to private and corporate customers. Our mission is to integrate our products with those of Nordea bank and make risk insurances more accessible for the customers.

 

Welcome to our Customer Service Unit, where you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring great customer service and in developing our processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serving our customers in different channels creating great customer experiences 
  • Provide sales support to sales network in the bank
  • Actively develop the ways of working and take responsibility in everything you do


You’ll join a team with highly competent and dedicated insurance professionals who strive to ensure quality in everything they do. The role is temporary until end of September 2023 and based in Helsinki, Finland.

Your experience and background: 

  • You have experience in customer service and insurance products 
  • Fluency in Finnish and professional skills in Swedish 
  • You have preferably a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Insurance certification, VTS is considered as an advantag
