We are looking for an experienced communication expert to steer regulatory communications and drive structured communication planning across a wide range of projects and topics.

 

About our team

 

Meet the External Communication and Reputation Management team. Our team consists of Nordic colleagues who work on group-wide external activities in line with our communication guidelines to support Nordic initiatives and group strategy. We work closely with communication colleagues and with experts and spokespersons throughout the Nordics.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Coordinating Nordea’s regulatory communication, including preparation and publication of stock exchange releases and press releases.
  • Planning and executing structured communication activities across a range of projects and topics.
  • Preparing communication materials for Nordea’s external channels in close collaboration with relevant business areas and Group functions.
  • Supporting media monitoring and preparing media and reputation analysis together with colleagues.
  • Acting as a business owner for group‑wide communication tools and applications.

 

Who you are

 

This is the right role for you if you are a collaborative, independent and analytical communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, takes ownership of your work, and brings passion and courage to advising and driving communication initiatives.

 

Your background and skills include:

  • At least five years of experience in corporate communication.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory disclosure requirements for listed companies and hands‑on experience with stock exchange releases and other external communication.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English, Finnish and Swedish skills considered a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Solid IT skills and comfort working with digital communication tools.

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Bring experience in media relations and confidence to act as a communication adviser.
  • Are skilled at stakeholder management across complex organisations.
  • Have a strong visual and technical flair for communication tools.
