We are looking for a Lead Key Account Manager to join our Bank Sales team in Nordea Finance Finland. This is an opportunity for you to make a significant impact in a business area where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the future and growth of Nordea Finance sales especially towards Large Corporates and Institutions. The role will be full-time and permanent position.

 

About our team

 

Meet the Nordea Finance Finland Bank Sales team. We work closely with LC&I and Business Banking to create value for Nordea and our customers by delivering Nordea Finance solutions and products.
Our team consists of 11 experts driven by commercial excellence and committed to strengthening our collaboration with the bank as our trusted partner. We are based in several locations across Finland.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Lead deal origination and execution to drive business growth, taking ownership of complex customer cases from initial contact through successful completion
  • Structure and execute a broad range of solution selling across LC&I segment, including Receivables Finance, Investment Finance and Car Finance
  • Work in a flexible, proactive and positive manner performing in-depth analysis to support deal execution
  • Build long term customer relationships to support the sales growth
  • Build strong stakeholder network to enable cross-selling and cooperation

  • are comfortable in leveraging analyses and creating business cases

 

Your background and skills include: 

  • Minimum 5-10 years relevant work experience from selling solutions to large corporates and/ or institutions
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Finnish and English
  • Strong product knowledge regarding receivables and investment finance in order to discuss details confidently
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record in negotiations and deal making – who also understands the decision process from customer point of view
  • Batchelor´s / Master's degree in finance or economics

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Have experience in planning, leading and coordinating responsibilities between multible stakeholders to ensure delivery according to customers’ expectations
  • Have knowledge of product or process development from sales perspective
  • Have experience in giving sales training
