We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing professional for a permanent position in Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team within PeB. This is full-time and permanent position. 

 

About our team

 

Meet the Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team. Our role is to engage with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels. You would join the Consumer Finance business team that utilizes these channels to help our customers enhance their financial wellbeing through responsible lending and credit solutions. 

 

The Engagement capability creates personalized, automated marketing communications across owned channels to guide customers through all sales funnel stages. You will have a community of other Digital Dialogue Specialists and Marketing Automation Specialists locally and Nordic. Our ambition is to serve our local personal banking customers with Nordic scale, utilizing the knowledge and learnings from all four Nordic countries.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Plan and build segments and customer journeys in our marketing automation system, Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Work with stakeholders from campaign brief to execution together with specialists from various fields organized in cross-functional agile teams
  • Define various touchpoints in the customer and product journey and orchestrate different messages across channels
  • Define A/B tests and control groups to ensure learning in everything we do
  • Report and analyze the effect of activities to gather insights and learning for continuous optimization
  • Share learning and best practices with your colleagues in the other Nordic countries

  • Have experience using AI tools and test AI-driven segmentation and personalization methods for better opening, click, and conversion rates

 

Your background and skills include:

  • You most likely have a Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or similar
  • You have documented experience (> 2 years) with omni-channel campaign building in Marketing Automation solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, or similar
  • Experience with Data Science and web analytics and use of various tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or GA
  • Preferably, you have experience working in Agile teams or SAFe, but this is not a requirement
  • Strong communication skills in English, ideally also in Finnish
