About this opportunity

You will join LC&I Marketing & Communication, a Nordic team of 14 colleagues working to strengthen Nordea’s position among large corporates and institutions. We create marketing and communication that supports business priorities, builds relationships and delivers relevant, high-quality content across channels.

In this role, you will support the team with hands-on marketing execution and day-to-day coordination across a range of activities. You will work closely with marketing, communication and event specialists across the Nordics.

• Create and adapt content for marketing activities, including text, presentations, simple visuals, podcasts and other supporting materials
• Publish and optimise content across owned channels, including web and social media
• Coordinate marketing activities based on agreed themes, plans and deadlines
• Support webinar planning and execution together with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain planning documents, shared materials and other administrative support for the team
• Contribute to ad hoc marketing and communication tasks as needed

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience from digital marketing across several platforms and formats
• Fluency in English and Finnish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to create and adapt content in line with brand, tone of voice and channel requirements
• Hands-on experience with social media, especially LinkedIn
• Confidence working in a CMS and optimising content for different digital channels
• A strong eye for detail and a careful approach to publishing and quality assurance
• An analytical mindset and familiarity with web analytics or performance follow-up
• A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to take on both practical and creative tasks
