We are looking for a full-time employment agreement for a role bridging the domains of data analyses; AI and ML model insights; visualizations to ensure compliance with requirements related AI and ML models quality, transparency, explainability and performance tracking

 

About our team

 

Meet the Advanced Analytics team in FCIIA Monitoring. Our role is to fight financial crime through monitoring products. In our team we ensure Nordea can utilize cutting edge technologies like ML and AI in a well governed, structured and systematic manner to capture financial crime risk.

 

Advanced Analytics team consists of 8 highly skilled data analysts working under FCIIA Monitoring unit in Group Financial Crime Prevention. The team works with risk identification, implementation of transaction monitoring custom controls, management insights and monitoring of control performance. We are evenly spread across Nordics with team members in Denmark, Finland and Sweeden.

What you’ll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role: In the role as Lead AI and ML insights and visualizations you will have impact on forming the vision and leading the technical implementation for quality assurance, simplifying the complexity of AI and ML model internals into digestible, easy to understand management insights and model performance visualization. A role with high demand for storytelling, communication to senior stakeholders and ability to effectively and efficiently delivering a message.

        

  • Able to convey a message of the internal doings of an AI/ML model 
  • Envision and drive visualizations products based on various AI and ML predictive models
  • Drive the build Power BI products to provide insights of model performance
  • Communicate complex AI/ML model result into easy to understandable structured story

 

Who you are 

 

This is the right role for you if you strive in a complex, exploratory environment and you enjoy figuring out solution and thinking out of the box while keeping data driven approach. The role requires strong analytical skills alongside excellent communication skills to drive complex and challenging problem solving related to financial crime prevention, governance and stakeholder management.

 

Your background and skills include:

  • Master's or PhD degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • Design of visualizations to drive business value creation from data
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services industry or related fields
  • AI and ML predictive model understanding including feature importance
  • Data Modeling and data structures for visualizations
  • Clear communication skills to convey complex findings to stakeholders          

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Understanding Financial Crime Risk and Typologies
  • Experience working with Cloud Technologies
  • SAFe / Agile proficiency
