We are looking for an experienced Pega Senior System Architect to join KYC Change Management on our new strategic KYC journey with Pega CLM/KYC, aimed at developing a new strategic KYC solution – the Global KYC Tool. This tool will eventually replace the current KYC application landscape.

About this opportunity

As the Pega Senior System Architect for KYC Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in creating tangible value towards Nordea’s mission of detecting and preventing financial crime, by configuring and maintaining Global KYC Tool through translation of business requirements into implementable user stories.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Configure and support the maintenance of Pega CLM/KYC
  • Act as Pega CLM/KYC development SME, providing guidence and support 
  • Assist in scoping and sizing of features and user stories
  • Mentor and support other colleagues

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have solid hands-on Pega development experience with exposure to the strategic Pega CLM/KYC application
  • Have Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
  • Have exposure of working with a variety of technologies, such as Java.Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL
  • Guide colleagues in creating design patterns  
  • Have interest of training and mentoring colleagues in Pega CLM/KYC
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills 

Your experience and background: 

  • 5+ years experience in the role of the Pega Senior System Architect
  • 2+ years’ experience developing on Pega CLM/KYC application
  • Pega certification
  • Experience from working agile
  • Fluency in English (professional level)
