About this opportunity
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and implement coherent frameworks on how we deliver our change agenda with focus on Lean and agile practices, building highly effective Solution and Agile Trains
- Support in building solution delivery at scale facilitating cooperation between Agile Release Trains as well traditional projects, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders, including underpinning execution structures with strong customer focus, lead large-scale transformation and steer change management activities
- Build & run the capability & tools that will enable your colleagues in our delivery units to select, prioritise, optimise & govern multiple projects & initiatives across the organization, connected to agreed ways of working & demonstrating clear value back to business
- Guide how Agile Release Trains shall work together with an aligned mission to build some of the world’s largest and most critical systems
- Facilitate portfolio level prioritization and planning events and ceremonies, driving agile execution of strategies and managing Portfolio Backlog
- Partner with senior executives to provide support and guidance, in particular, help translate portfolio objectives and KPIs into actionable initiatives
Role is based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

- Possess deep interest in technology, particularly within IT Infrastructure
- Are a true team player with great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills and solid organisational savviness enabling you to interact and navigate effectively at all levels and across different business areas to bridge diverse perspectives and formulate an opinion
- Have good experience in successfully delivering across a complex, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
Your experience and background:
- Proven delivery track record, as Solution Train Engineer and Programme Delivery Manager leading highly complex initiatives within technology to reach organizational & strategic goals
- Experience in facilitating Portfolio level prioritization, planning and follow-up across different delivery methodologies – Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, preferably in financial services industry
- A good understanding of change/transformation programmes and project delivery
- The ability to find answers by confidently reaching out to stakeholders including senior executives
- Have the courage to escalate when needed and resolve issues in great manner
- Strong communication skills & analytical ability and a proactive approach
- Fluent proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing
