What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and manage the Core Technology delivery for multiple Change initiatives within a portfolio to achieve successful business outcome. Initiatives can vary from medium to large complexity 
• Be responsible for monitoring the change portfolio deliverables, managing risks and issues, ensuring we meet our Core Technology commitments 
• Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives
• Proactively coordinate internal dependencies between the Core Technology  Service Domains and agree on external dependencies with external stakeholders
• Set and clarify expectations, share information and actively manage stakeholders to secure alignment, provide transparency and clear communications
• Governance reporting to the relevant Core Technology Steering and governance in a clear, professional manner
• Establish and maintain an overall portfolio culture and discipline, ensuring adherence to agreed Core Technology change delivery processes and portfolio project compliance

The role is based in Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm or Poland.

Your experience and background: 

• Proven delivery track record, delivering large to highly complex change programmes involving Infrastructure and platform development
• Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
• Experience delivering change initiative both in Traditional and / or Agile methodology 
• Good financial and resource management knowledge
• Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope & priorities, in a predictable and transparent manner
• Excellent English skills, both in speaking and in writing
