We are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to deliver competitive commercial card products to our corporate customers and take on versatile projects within commercial cards. This is full time and permanent position located in Vallilla, Helsinki.

Meet the Commercial Card Product & Application Management team. Our role is to provide payment solutions to our corporate customers to meet their day-to-day spending needs. We are on an exciting journey to sharpen our competitive edge - in all aspects! As a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring our Nordic card products and services, meet the needs of our customers and are in line with internal and external regulations to be compliant.

What you’ll be doing
 

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Driving and supporting local and Nordic projects within the Commercial Cards area
• Executing initiatives that span over different areas from legal, regulatory and mandatory compliance to developing new products and service launches
• Co-ordinating Nordic tasks and deliveries
• Managing and producing communication through our channels, intra, web, app and others both internally and externally

• Are good at driving and coordinating change activities
• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or a product feature
• Are good at collaborating across multiple teams to ensure things get done
• Take ownership to deliver even when there are challenges being met
• Have strong stakeholder management skills
• Have good communication skills – easy to express yourselves in the written language

Your background and skills include:

• Project & product management experience is an advantage
• Experience in leading change and driving results
• Knowledge of cards business is an advantage
• Communicational skills
• Your educational background is Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Professional level Finnish and English. Another Nordic language is an advantage
