Welcome to Corporate Lending Digital in Business Banking! As a team, we develop corporate lending tools and technology for Nordea’s customers and employees. You will join awesome colleagues from across the world in delivering solutions to our customers in a never before seen pace, ensuring that Nordea will remain a frontrunner in corporate lending for SME’s and Large Corporates across the Nordics.
About our team
Corporate Lending is entering a new era where AI and agentic capabilities can fundamentally transform how corporate loans are originated, assessed, approved, documented, and monitored. As Product Manager for Agentic Corporate Lending, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the corporate lending value chain. Your mission is to identify high-value use cases, build scalable AI capabilities, and accelerate the transition towards a more automated, data-driven, and customer-centric lending experience. You will work across business, design, technology, risk, operations, data, and AI teams to ensure that Agentic AI creates measurable value for customers, relationship managers, credit officers, and operations teams.
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Own the agentic roadmap identifying where AI can materially improve outcomes such as fast time to credit decision across multiple customer journeys and customer touchpoints
- Redesign lending processes around human agent collaboration from origination and credit preparation through to monitoring and servicing
- Lead products from discovery through pilots in production and scaling across lending, credit, risk data and technology
- Work closely with engineering, data and architecture to build foundational capabilities needed for agentic solutions including data access, APIs/MCPs, tooling, orchestration / harnesses and monitoring
- Coach the rest of the product management team to support their teams in delivering on Nordea’s ambitions. Monitor and stay on top of global trends within embedded AI & Agentic Solutions but also related to SME and corporate lending.
- Monitor user feedback and data to identify opportunities but also to define the accuracy of AI solutions. Participate in relevant prioritization forums and industry work.
The preferred location for the role is Helsinki, but other Nordic locations can also be considered. We follow hybrid model of working. Some travel should be expected. Ideal starting time is during November-December 2026
