About this opportunity

 

You will lead and prioritize the work for a highly productive and agile cross-functional release train with skilled and pro-active people with strong knowledge of their domains covering chatbot development and AI assistance for advisors. You will also have the opportunity to shape and strengthen your team.

 

You will lead the strategy and roadmap for the release train and coach your Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver digital solutions to our customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway cross segments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the development of next-generation agentic experiences and intelligent chatbots that deliver personalized, proactive, and human-like assistance at scale.
  • Spearhead the creation of agentic AI assistants that seamlessly integrate with users' daily lives, anticipating needs, solving problems, and unlocking new levels of productivity and convenience across multiple customer journeys.
  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the release train and the products you will be responsible for
  • Coach the train’s team of product owners and business analysts to support their teams in delivering on Nordea’s ambitions
  • Prioritize work and stay close to stakeholders within Nordea. Participate in relevant prioritization forums and industry work.
  • Monitor customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities. Monitor and stay on top of global trends within Conversational AI & Agentic Solutions.
  • Work with vendors and participate in contract negotiations

 

The preferred location for the role is Helsinki, but other Nordic locations can also be considered. We follow hybrid model of working. Some travel should be expected. Ideal starting time is during December 2025/January 2026.

 

Who you are

 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have enthusiasm towards the field, a strong tolerance for uncertainty and being able to manage and take risks, and have experience from the financial services industry
  • Have strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead and influence others in a matrix organization
  • Have experience with agile ways of working
  • Have experience with people leadership in an international and diverse environment
  • Have demonstrated experience working with Product Management on strategic as well as operational level
  • Are highly pro-active and able to communicate with stakeholders on different reporting levels, produce high quality presentations & management reporting as well as facilitate steering committee meetings for our most important priorities
  • Masters English on professional level
