We are looking for an Expert IT Analyst with a strong background in data modelling and data analysis to drive requirements and QA for the Recovery and Loss solution. Recovery & Loss is a new data mart solution that the High Risk Service Domain is building to automate the collection and management of recovery data, streamlining the process for Nordea’s credit risk models. The employment contract offered for this position is a permanent full time employment agreement.

About our team:
Meet the High Risk Requirements and Analysis team. Our role is to design efficient automated data driven solutions that allow the bank to perform high risk customer management across all customer segments. We drive the requirements management process towards tools connected to debt collection, forbearance, default management, early warnings, and recovery.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Elicit functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Update the logical data model of the data mart solution
- Document the source to target mappings with any needed transformations
- Perform complex data analyses to refine requirements and test cases
- Collaborate with the agile team to ensure successful validation of the delivery
- Function as technical mentor/SME towards the technical team
The position is based in Helsinki, Finland.
Who you are
Your background and skills include:
- Significant prior experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst
- Being well versed with requirements gathering, data modelling and data analysis
- Being comfortable working with SQL
- Experience of documenting and performing functional tests
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
It would be ideal if you are also:
- Have a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have formal analyst certification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI-PBA)
- Have experience working with Snowflake
