Our team is recognized for delivering market-leading reward solutions, and is a dynamic, highly skilled group of specialists working across the full breadth of the Reward agenda in close partnership with executives and senior leaders. We also ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and work closely with union relations.

About this opportunity
As the Reward Partner, you will be responsible for driving:
- The development and implementation of reward strategy, processes and initiatives within a defined business area and/or country
- Project-based work supporting cross-functional delivery of the Group People strategy across the value chain
- Annual pay cycles, including implementation, governance and budget management
- Strategic partnering and advisory support to senior executives and People professionals
- Cooperation and negotiations with unions in the reward area
- Ensuring that your area(s) comply with our pay principles and reward policies
- Collecting business input and feedback, and acting as the linchpin between business needs and Reward offerings
The role is based in Finland, Norway, Sweden or Poland. You will also join an inspiring and supportive People community where we value a vibrant working atmosphere, continuous development and fun.

You have a relevant educational background (Master’s degree) and professional experience, preferably at least five years in an international/Nordic working environment. Consultancy experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to finance, analytics or HR, or experience from a partner role.
Your profile and background
Background:
- Good understanding of and experience with the financial sector’s regulatory framework for remuneration
- Good understanding of and experience with total reward products and processes
- Job-levelling knowledge and Mercer IPE grading experience are an advantage
Profile:
- Strong communicator, able to make complex topics easy to understand in writing and through visuals
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, with proven senior stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, with a determination to drive change and improvements including AI implementation
- Open-minded and curious, with a can-do attitude and a drive to continuously learn and develop
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
