Senior Analysts to Group Financial Management

About this opportunity

 

Within the ICAAP & Regulations team we work closely with functions across the bank to manage regulatory changes, capital management and the internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP). The team is responsible for providing strategic, analytical and regulatory advice on capital, risk and ESG to internal customers across the Nordea Group. The team is also responsible for the coordination and development of the internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) for Nordea and its subsidiaries. This is an opportunity for you to join a team located across the Nordics with different responsibilities and experiences, and will be supporting Nordea’s senior management and supervisors.

 

By bringing your perspectives to the team, and through your focus on quality and collaboration, you will be important in helping us achieve our strategic goals.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Monitor and analyse relevant regulations within the capital area
  • Take part in the coordination and development on the ICAAP across Nordea
  • Communicate, analyse and explain changes due to regulations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Join an open and inspiring atmosphere, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the bank with good opportunities to develop further in different areas

 

We want diversity in the team and are looking for experienced Analysts, with relevant experience in the capital management area. The role is based in Helsinki.

Your experience:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • An academic degree in a relevant area
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (professional level)  
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a high-pace environment and interaction with supervisors is a plus
