We are now looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Lead to work as a Senior Automation/AI Engineering Lead in Test. You will be working with QA engineering for Capital and Credit Data Foundation by delivering great quality data products that enable business processes with large financial and strategic impact. About our team
You will be part of the Credit Information capability Domain and be an essential part of the Quality Assurance & testing team responsible to ensure the best quality delivery.
We support our Information Capability customer processes in line with the ECB regulation. We are working on redefining the capital and credit data foundation.
As we are a growing team and modernizing our tech stack, you will have the chance to influence our culture and working tools and work together with other test engineers, architects, scrum masters, product managers, analysts and much more.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop test plan & test strategy for complex IT implementation in a cross functional team setup, spanning within and intra ART
- Support, guide and mentor QA people in deriving test approaches for the functional and technical IT changes under development
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Release Verification Test and work closely with the IT and Business stakeholders in resolving issues
- Drive large scale test automation implementations for complex regulatory data quality requirements and identify improvements in tools and ways of working
- Test metrics reporting, test documentation and test monitoring, control & closure activities, traceability of test artefacts, support in audit and assessments
- Consistently and proactively look forward for QA improvements in process, methodology, compliance and effectiveness of tests
- Develop requirement traceability matrix and ensure complete test coverage
- Test documentation, reporting and QA metrics as per Nordea Quality Standards
- Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with good practices
The role would be based in Poland or Finland.
Who you are
Your background and skills include:
- Computer Engineering, Engineering BSc or other relevant fields
- Work experience in Quality Assurance and have successfully steered QA activities in large scale projects based on Database, Data Warehousing and ETL
- Demonstrate great expertise in managing functional, non-functional testing, test automation, test environments, test data, test governance and compliance
- Expertise in deriving End to End test strategy for large scale IT changes spanning across multiple application systems in a scaled agile framework
- Extensive theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in quality assurance, testing process & testing life cycle
- Expert in automation frameworks, Data quality controls & tools and Non Functional Testing, AI automation tools
- Snowflakes, SQL & PLSQL Proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and solution deriving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a time critical and stringent schedule
