We are looking for Senior Business Developers to join the Centre of Excellence Team in Nordea’s Transaction Banking organisation to drive initiatives in the Payment & Cash Management Agile Solution train.

About this opportunity

 

You will be joining Payments and Cash Management Centre of Excellence  team, supporting Product Management with Program Backlog/ Epic deliveries in one of our Agile Release trains in the Payment and Cash Management Solution Train (Hub). You will be reporting to the Head of Centre of Excellence and the Hub Lead of the Solution Train. 
 
As a Senior Business Developer you will play a key role in ensuring we build and launch state of the art Payment Product offerings to our Customers. The work is done in close collaboration with the Product Management team, Agile teams and important stakeholders in the value stream. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for coordinating Epics through the Kanban backlog and the overall delivery of a Product.
  • Define the Epic hypothesis, Lean Business Case and facilitate the implementation of the Epic.
  • Continuously refine the Capability backlog, refining Capabilities based on your competence of economics/business, making sure the requirements are understood in the ART & Agile teams.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders, Business Owners and Agile Teams.
  • Be part of the Product Management team. Prioritizing the development work and secure the activities to the next Program Increment are in good shape.

 

You’ll join a team of 11 of experienced colleagues working as Product Managers and Epic Owners. The role is based in any of the Nordic capitols; Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo.

Your experience and background: 

  • ​​​​​Experience working as a Product manager or in a similar role in an Agile Set-up.
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodology and SAFe is a must.
  • Previous experience working with Jira, Sharepoint and Confluence is a must.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English (professional level)
  • Suitable Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Certifications in SAFe is a plus.
