About this opportunity
Welcome to the Solution Strategy & Common Sourcing Development team. We add value by providing strategic view towards our future architecture/data needs while also executing on providing common data sourcing towards our Group Finance process areas. The team is now expanding its function further in ESG domain to provide data & reporting development services to our stakeholders.
As a Product Owner you will drive the development of new solutions or improve existing ones. You’ll play a valuable role in Group Finance and in ESG programme.Your focus will be to translate the business requirements into practical change steps and drive that agenda forward with the team of business & IT experts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define & manage the product vision/ strategy.
- Managing the product backlog, refining the features & prioritization of features.
- Driving the work with our IT partners to incorporate ESG reporting into our IT landscape.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements towards IT.
- Creating and signing-off functional designs and data quality tests done in projects
- Ensuring alignment to business architecture.
You’ll join an exciting team starting its journey towards long term future vision. The role is based in any Nordic Country or Poland.

Your experience and background:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Banking, IT or experience in relevant area.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English.
- SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
- Nice to have : Experience working with Data solutions.
