We are looking for an engaged, modern, pragmatic and collaborative professional who enjoys working with data insights and building comprehensive analytics strategies that drive business decisions. As a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist, you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to transform digital performance data into strategic insights that drive business growth and digital optimization across Data, Digital Sales & Engagement.
About our team
Meet the Data, Digital Sales & Engagement FI team. Our role is to leverage data, digital sales and engagement to drive informed decisions, optimise customer experiences and accelerate business growth.
You will collaborate with your assigned business team and a range of business stakeholders, working closely with our Nordic technical data collection and activation team, digital development teams, and supported by local digital analysts and data scientists across other Nordic business units. Together, we create Europe’s best digital banking experience.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Analyze digital performance data and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics
- Participate in measurement framework development and validation for digital channels to ensure robust data collection and better insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives
- To optimize website performance, user experiences, content engagement and digital marketing campaigns
- Participate in strategic initiatives, e.g. to standardize Paid Media tracking and reporting for improved analytics capabilities
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are:
- Analytically driven, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex digital data
- Solution-oriented and creative when interpreting performance metrics
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to define and track meaningful KPIs
- Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis
- Able to translate technical analytics concepts into business language
- Someone who enjoys educating colleagues on the value of data-driven decision making
Your background and skills include:
- Relevant higher education in digital analytics, marketing analytics, digital marketing, data science or similar
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics or web analytics roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement is considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in digital analytics and data visualization tools. We use Adobe’s advanced analytics tools, but you may have a background in Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills in English, Finnish considered a plus
