We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Content Studio team and bring business, customer understanding, analytics and experimentation into our engaging communication towards our customers. This is a full-time and permanent position in Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team, focusing on serving Personal Banking customers.
About our team
Meet the Data, Digital Sales and Engagement team. Our role is to engage with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels as well as through personalized in-app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.

In this role, you’ll foster collaboration, support creative processes, and help turn content strategies into impactful execution. Together, we aim to deliver compelling content that empowers our customers to improve their financial wellbeing.
You will also have a community of other Digital Marketing Managers, Paid Media Specialists & creatives locally and Nordic. Our ambition is to serve our local personal banking customers with Nordic scale, utilizing the knowledge and learnings from all four Nordic countries.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Lead the Content Studio’s creative team by translating business objectives and customer needs into effective digital marketing strategies
- Drive the team to deliver impactful content that supports Nordea’s 2030 savings and investment strategy.
- Driving initiatives that empower customers to make informed financial decisions and improve their long-term financial wellbeing.
- Manage the end-to-end creative production process from idea to final delivery
- Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and production partners when needed
- Facilitate the creation and maintain a content calendar for all creative deliverables
- Create innovation culture, encourage new ideas and approaches that enhance digital experiences and customer engagement.
- Measure, manage and analyze our on-going performance in order to gather insights and learnings for maximizing effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative excellence
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- +5 years' experience of digital marketing (B2C) that combines long- and short-term business objectives, experience of finance sector is a plus, but not required
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and developing creative strategies
- Experience managing creative production workflows and processes, i.e. from ad agency, production agency or in-house agency
- Experience of wider range of marketing & communication channels is an advance
- Excellent and professional communication & presentation skills
- Proven track record on building successful digital marketing activities based on customer understanding, data & insights and optimizing performance against objectives
- Fluent in English & Finnish (Professional level)
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
It would be ideal if you also:
