We are looking for a person that is passionate about getting commercial value from data and Marketing Technology who sits at the intersection of digital sales and engagement, data science, engineering, architecture and management. This is an opportunity for you to work directly with business stakeholders across Nordea while being part of Applied Data Science, Nordea's Centre of Excellence for MarTech, Advance Analytics, ML and AI.

About this opportunity

 

You’ll join Analytics Demand & Operations team, where we are proud of making marketing technology happen in the commercial space by delivering what our business stakeholders need and making our organization a successful and trusted partner.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist and be a change agent for the domain and an active advisor to the Business Areas, drive innovation and ensure best practices based on the trends within Marketing Technology and CRM/Marketing Automation
  • Actively support the Marketing Automation community to drive innovation through the use of data and Marketing Technology in close collaborations with development teams, product owners and stakeholders, taking responsibility of the functional requirements that would meet the business needs
  • Define and present our roadmaps in this domain to our stakeholders with a clear link to the business value of our products, highlighting dependencies and identifying and managing the risks
  • Provide training, create reference material, define business processes and standards and support the business users of our products, ensuring an optimal use of its capabilities and modules to get the most value from them

 

The role is based in Helsinki, and some travel within the Nordic region might occur in the future.

Your experience and background:

  • Extensive experience with the development, consulting or advanced use of Marketing Automation or CRM tools such as Adobe Cloud, SalesForce, SAS in large enterprises
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate technical or complex matters with both business stakeholders and engineers in different levels of the organization.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, being able to translate stakeholder needs into high level requirements to be implemented in the subsequent development activities.
