Do you see yourself working in the space between agile product management, experience design and strategic IT? Join us in Large Corporates Digital and use your agile methods and customer understanding to shape the future of banking and create effective solutions for corporate customers.

You will be joining a team of passionate digital craftsmen on a common mission to turn the Nordea Corporate platform into the single digital touchpoint for Nordea’s corporate customers. You will help us build user administration universe for our company administrators on Nordea Corporate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, architects, business and customers
• Drive digital development projects where a deep technical understanding is needed
• Drive in-depth structured analysis to understand the requirements and needs for your project and formalize and communicate these clearly to the team
• Capture feature requests and business opportunities in the backlog, facilitate prioritization, and break down epics and features with the development team
• Ensure professional and close co-operation with internal stakeholders, acting as an ambassador

Maybe already working within financial services as a business analyst/product owner, or within consultancy, business development and have experience with delivering digital solutions. You have solid technical understanding and see technology as a huge enabler for tomorrow’s business models.

 
Your profile and background:

• 5+ years' experience with digital development in an agile setup (SAFe is an advantage)
• Strong technical understanding, ideally with an educational background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Strong team-spirit and collaborative personality ensuring coordination within the team and with all internal and external stakeholders
• Solid analytical approach and ability to work independently on complex technical matters with high level of responsibility
• Proven to be a structured planner, a strong facilitator as well as presenter and communicator.
• Confident English speaker
• Knowledge of financial services toward businesses is an additional quality
