We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join CRM / Apps & Analytics unit that is part of Large Corporates & Institutions business area.

 

Apps & Analytics is front office support unit that is serving every day 2000+ internal users across the Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) value chain. We have responsibility of application management agenda for LC&I franchise and direct ownership of customer engagement application ecosystem covering CRM, Digital Workplace, Analytics and BI Function.


About this opportunity

We offer a position that is in the intersection of CRM, Digital Workplace and LC&I front-to-back business processes. You need to talk to various business stakeholders on a daily basis covering LC&I  CRM & Digital Workplace stakeholders. You should constantly look for opportunities how things could be done better to serve both internal and external clients. At the same time you need to be able to communicate business requirements to IT/tech in order to secure that there is a seamless connection between technology and business.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and optimize CRM applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Customize and enhance existing CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or others) to meet LC&I’s specific needs.
  • Drive the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in technical reviews.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in CRM technology and recommend innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • Strong financial understanding and knowledge of the Nordea cost drivers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modelling, and customization.
  • Experience with API integration, web services, Kafka and third-party plugins.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM technologies are a plus.
  • Mid-Senior level of data manipulation, visualization, statical analysis skills are preferable.

 

Your experience and background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM system design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient computer skills, MS Office suite capabilities.
