About this opportunity
Welcome to the Group CIO Office & Change unit. We support the Group CIO and Technology Leadership Team by ensuring effective governance, high-quality leadership materials, and well-functioning decision-making forums across Group Technology.
As the Senior/Lead Management Partner, you will play a key role in improving the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of leadership communication and governance across the technology organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders from different units to transform complex information into clear, concise and decision-oriented materials for executive forums, including Technology Leadership Team, Group Leadership Team, Board-related discussions and other key governance forums. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, where you will influence both content and outcomes.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Own end-to-end development of executive materials for senior leadership and Board forums
- Transform complex, fragmented inputs into clear, concise, and decision-oriented communication
- Challenge and elevate messaging, ensuring strong narratives and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive high-quality delivery without formal authority
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-up on key actions across governance forums
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as a central coordination point
- Support and improve governance processes and ways of working across Group Technology
- Contribute to strategic discussions with structured analysis and clear communication
This role is based in Helsinki only and follows a hybrid working model (60% onsite and 40% remote).
Who you are
You are an organized professional who thrives in collaborative environments while maintaining a firm attitude when driving stakeholders forward. You excel at translating complex strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and governance frameworks.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Bring 5+ years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar high-demand role supporting senior leadership in a large, complex organisation
- Excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems and imposing clear structure and direction
- Demonstrate strong ownership and resilience, consistently driving cross-functional deliverables to completion in matrixed environments without formal authority
- Are an exceptional communicator in English, both written and spoken
- Master executive storytelling and are highly skilled in creating impactful materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 (these skills will be assessed during the recruitment process)
- Have a strong curiosity about technology and understand how to translate technical topics into business value for senior audiences
- Combine sharp attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clear, big-picture perspective
It would be ideal if you also:
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation executive environments and understand how to navigate senior stakeholder dynamics
- Have a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for CIO, executive, or Board-level audiences
- Move confidently from ambiguity to action, making sound judgment calls under pressure
- Challenge inputs, including from senior stakeholders, with credibility, structure, and professionalism
- Build trust quickly across organisational boundaries and act as a trusted advisor
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams with precision and reliability
- Have experience supporting executive leadership teams or senior governance forums
- Bring exposure to technology, data, or digital organisations
- Understand the dynamics of financial services or other large, complex industries
