For Cards Customer Service, within Nordea Transaction Banking  Cards Customer Service Organisation , we are now looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Service Advisor/Specialist to support our First Card customers via phone and email.

About this opportunity

 

As the service Advisor/Specialist in Cards Customer Service team you’ll take part in supporting First Card customers and cardholders with invoices and any card related questions in Finnish, Swedish and English. Your skills, passion for customers and positive mindset with unique background are what we need to enable the great customer experience.

 

You will be serving our customers in their daily business together with different stakeholders. We provide excellent support for customers in the most suitable channel to achieve customer satisfaction according to the present and future needs.

 

We have passion for customers in everything we do.


The role is based in Finland Helsinki and we offer part time temporary position starting from October 2022 until end of 2023.

Your experience and background: 

  • You have a work experience in customer service 
  • Relevant education for example as a bachelor's or a vocational qualification in business and administration
  • You are able to serve customer in Finnish, Swedish and English both oral and written.
