About this opportunity

Welcome to the Issuer Services team. We add value by assisting companies/clients in Issuing shares, bonds and other related products in the form of dematerialized securities.

As a Service Operation Officer you will play a valuable role with a proactive approach in everyday life, as there will be many different tasks, that often must be solved under time pressure. We often receive unforeseen tasks, which means that we refocus to meet deadlines.

This opening is in the Operation Team in Finland but covering the Norwegian Market, you will be part of a cross boarder unit with 8 team members and about 35 colleagues in the entire Issuer Services unit. You will be part of a very strong and commitet team, where everyone supports and help eachother, and where we thrive with having a just do it attitude. 

We are looking for you who have a strong team mind-set and are excellent at keeping your head above water even when there are many tasks to be done. You will never experience a slow day with us, and keeping a strong and positive mindset is very important to the team.

What you’ll be doing:

•    Participating in daily operation where we do different tasks both on a daily basis, weekly basis and ad hoc. 

•    Work proactively to create smarter solutions and more scalabilty in our internal processes.

•    Having strong and clear communication, both internal and external.

•    Participating in different project.

Your experience and background:  
•    Strong mathematical skills are a strength
•    Strong VBA and Excel skills are a strength 
•    The ability to learn and Master lots off different IT systems
•    It will be an advantage if you have some Norwegian language skills.
•    Professional communication skills - spoken and written in both Finnish and English. Additional language skills are beneficial as our clients are located all around the world
•    It will be an advantage if you have some knowledge about (Norwegian) Securities market
