We are now looking for a (Senior) Service Operations Officer to become our new colleague in Issuer Services DK/NO.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Issuer Services DK/NO, where we add value by issuing and handling different lifecycle events for securities such as shares, bonds and warrants.

We have a significant role in the implementation of Corporate actions which include tender offers, rights issues and initial public offerings for our customers. As the (Senior) Service Operations Officer, you will play a valuable role in delivering on tasks that often must be solved under time pressure and require prioritizing to meet deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Issuance, affiliation, interest and redemption of bonds, warrants and certificates
  • Affiliation of shares into the CSD system
  • Handle Corporate Actions events
  • Administration of mergers and acquisition of companies, e.g. directed share issues
  • Process share conversion


You’ll join a team of supportive colleagues, who are market specialists in the business area. The role is based in Helsinki from where we serve the Danish and Norwegian markets where this role is specifically for Danish markets.

Your experience and background: 

  • Fluent English and one Nordic language, both spoken and written (professional level)
  • Excel and technical skills, and the readiness to learn a wide system landscape 
  • It will be an advantage if you have experience within the financial sector and can understand the value chain of securities
