We are looking for several Service Advisors to Helsinki Customer Service, at Nordea Campus in Vallila. The Service Advisors work as full-time.

About this opportunity 


You’ll join our Customer Service teams in Helsinki. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for serving our customers remotely by phone, chat and mail. You will proactively ensure that all customers get the full service offering in all channels in order to contribute to great customer experience and support the omnichannel relationship banking. Furthermore, you will help our customers using our digital services. You wil work according to instructions and guidelines on compliance and other regulative matters to fulfil our obligations towards customers and society. 
 
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility in fulfilling our customer vision to be a trusted partner that is easy to deal with, using our broad expertise to offer you relevant services – anywhere and anytime you need us. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 

  • Customer service remotely by phone, chat and e-mail 
  • Drive the effectivity and resolution ratio in order to ensure great customer experiences
  • Reach the given sales targets, mainly by sales leads to specialists
  • Help our customers in using digital services 
  • Build up good collaboration with your team and stakeholders

Your profile and background:

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Customer and sales focused 
  • Familiar with the digital applications 
  • Fluency skills in Finnish and sufficient skills in English, both spoken and written 
  • Swedish spoken and written is great advantage  
  • Suitable educational background (bachelors or equivalent)
