We are looking for an Access Management Expert with architectural skillset to join Nordea Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. IAM belongs to the Cyber Security area within Nordea. In IAM department, we provide centralised IAM solutions and standardised IAM services towards Nordea’s workforce and systems. Our ambition is to strengthen the security of the bank and act as single point of contact for all units, acquiring these solutions and services.


Your main responsibility as the Access Management Expert with architectural skillset, will be maturing, developing and integrating Access Management landscape in Nordea. We are looking for colleague that will help us with stakeholder management, architectural/design documentation, designing future Access management Landscape in line with Nordea Group Architecture requirements, etc. Functionalities that you will work with includes (but are not limited to): Single Sign On, MFA (Multi Factor Authentication), Identity Federation (SAML, OIDC), Authorization (RBAC, ABAC) and Access Management.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering architecture and design – documentation included
  • Support creation and documentation of processes, use cases, etc.
  • Working on future Access Management landscape in Nordea - together with stakeholders and management – to align with changing business needs, compliance requirements, security guidelines, standards, polices, etc.
  • Acting as a technical expert and role model
  • Working closely with your colleges and sharing knowledge with others
  • If time will allow, help colleagues by delivering on your secondary domain of expertise (e.g. development, analysis)

The role is based in modern premises located centrally in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, or in the TriCity area in Poland, with the possibility to work partly from home. Please, note the candidate should be located in the country of hire already.

  • Have senior level of experience with IT architecture
  • Have senior/expert level of experience in Access Management
  • Have a key interest in Cyber Security and supporting technologies
  • Are focused on end2end, future proof solutions, following best practices
  • Are proactive, constructive, have can-do oriented mind-set and a strong driving force
  • Have Strong technical competence and documentation skills
  • Have ability to easily explain technical content to both business and technical audience
  • Are Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 

Your experience and background:

  • Several years of proven experience working with access management solution (including Single Sign-On, Reverse Proxy Server, Multi Factor Authentication, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2
  • Knowledge about: SAML Identity Federation, LDAP, Oracle DB, Kerberos and RADIUS
  • Knowledge of identity security best practices, for both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles (such as Segregation of Duties, Least Privilege, Zero Trust)
  • Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup
  • Understanding of IT processes and system development life cycle
  • Knowledge of Java, Java, Phyton and scripting
  • Security certifications are a plus
