You are comfortable operating at the intersection of technology strategy and execution, working closely with senior leaders, and turning complex topics into clear actions. You don’t need to be a deep technical expert, but you should be able to understand technology concepts quickly, ask the right questions, and help translate strategic intent into practical execution.
- Most importantly, you are someone who is ready to take ownership, work independently across technology and business teams, and help shape how technology strategy is executed and tracked in a large, complex organisation.
-

-
Clear and practical communication: You can craft concise, senior-ready materials and communicate complex topics clearly, both in writing and in discussions with stakeholders at different levels
-
Ability to prepare high‑quality materials for leadership team meetings, including strategic presentations and decision‑support documents.
-
Comfort with technology fundamentals: You are curious about technology and AI, understand the basics of how they create value, and are motivated to keep learning.
-
Fluency in English; Nordic languages are not required but considered a plus.
It would be ideal if you also have:
-
Have strategy development and execution experience, preferably gained from top‑tier consultancies, technology companies, financial institutions, or leading multinational organisations
-
Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders in complex environments, leading your own areas of responsibility, and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
-
Have exposure to technology‑driven or AI‑driven transformation, including experience supporting large‑scale change programmes or strategy execution.
