About this opportunity


You will join a team of Developers, Scrum Master, Product Owner and SMEs focusing on delivering new functionality for Nordea’s centralized IAM solution.

 

We add value by developing IAM services to comply with Nordea's regulatory and business demands within the IAM area. Our focus is on Identity Governance by strengthening the access rights management, developing SoDs, and Certification practices among others. As an SME, you will play a valuable role in extending our system’s capability towards compliance and cybersecurity requirements.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Developing solutions to mature SailPoint IIQ as a part of the IAM development team
  • Driving meetings with stakeholders in order to implement different enhancement initiatives
  • Contributing to increase the maturity of IAM offering at Nordea
  • Enhancing robust and effective IAM controls within the organization
  • Capturing and documenting business requirements for development purposes
  • Writing User stories and creating other process & functionality related documents
  • Testing the developed features and verifying & monitoring the deliverables in production

 

You’ll join a unique team in Nordea specializing in IAM development with colleagues based in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Poland.

Your experience and background:

  • IAM process knowledge (e.g. Access request related processes, SoDs, Certifications, Identity life-cycle)
  • Understanding of IAM good practices and principles
  • Experience with some IAM technologies, preferably SailPoint IIQ
  • Understanding of environments, cloud management and locally controlled systems in applications, and their influence on centralized IAM
  • Experience in working in Agile environment
  • Testing experience
  • Fluent English language

 

This position is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Gdynia or Gdansk. Candidates need to be located in the country of hire already and Nordic/Poland residents. International relocation outside of Nordics/Poland is not possible.
