About our team
Meet the Agentic Experience – Core API team. Our role is to enable API platform to create agentic AI experiences in Nordea.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a team of engineering professionals in building Agentic Experience API platforms and systems
- Drive agentic AI transformation toward Nordea strategy
- Actively demonstrating focus on platform needs and finding technical solutions to solve those needs
- Ensuring that the team takes full responsibility for delivering working software, all the way from definition to quality assurance and into production
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are Agentic AI expert with strong API platform experience and proven leadership background.
Your background and skills include:
- Proven innovative technical lead with hands on development experience on agentic AI solutions
- Professional experience in delivering and understanding the lifecycle of business software and what it takes to make long lasting solutions
- Respective domain knowledge in several relevant technology areas (MCP, LLM, Public Cloud AI tooling, Java, Python, Typescript, Spring Boot, Scalable Microservice Architecture)
- Relevant master level education
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have experience in financial industry is a definite advantage
