About this opportunity
Welcome to the Corporate (Credit) & Institutions’ Service Domain. We add value by providing a great technology team to develop and operate our credit management solutions. We make significant investment in corporate credit workflow solution utilising the PEGA platform and we establish a new capability to manage the development and application management of those solutions. As a capability and team leader, you’ll play a valuable role in accelerating our execution and supporting our technology lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and managing a diverse technology team with focus on conceptual analysis and requirements work
- Be an active member of the Service Domain technology leadership team
- Contribute the the Workflow management soutions’ analysis work on specific cases and remove execution blockers
- Work in collaboration with other Workflow management Centre of Excellence and platform management teams across the organisation
- Support the overall Service Area Credit & Collaterals with strong business stakeholder management and value chain improvements
- Support competence development and knowledge sharing within the Workflow management capability
- Embrace the deployment and use of relevant standards, frameworks and tools
- Contribute to effective resource management of the Capability
- Contribute to technology service transition of relevant PEGA applications in C&I SD
- Manage tactical and operational relationships with software vendors (Pegasystems) and relevant consulting partners
You’ll join the Service Domain Leadership team taking an active role in ensuring both the current and future success of our Service Domain deliveries. The role is based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Warsaw or Tri-city where either team members or key stakeholders are.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Experience from delivering workflow management and preferably PEGA solutions within lending and credit processes
- Domain knowledge in banking and especially credit management processes
- Technical product experience from workflow management solutions like PEGA is an asset
- Expertise and experience either in Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC), product and project management, and/ or in analysis and requirements’ work will be appreciated
- Expertise from woring within or with a relevant Centre of Excellence setup on similar enterprise capabilities would be appreciated.
- Ability to build relationships across Business, Technology and Architecture
- Ability to select and maintain talents and set clear goals and purpose to keep the team feeling aligned and motivated
- Ability to resolve conflicts (mediation skills)
Your experience and background:
- A degree in the fields of Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
- 7+ years of experience as a leading roles in the Financial Services industry designing/implementing data intensive applications/COTS solutions/workflow automation and business process management solutions or similar
- Alternatively, a strong individual contributor in a senior technology specialist role (e.g. Expert IT Analyst, Solution Architect, Product Manager, Engegament manager)
- In-depth knowledge about the banking domain
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and under own initiative
