About this opportunity

 

As our new SW/data engineer, you will become a part of Operations Engineering team and will get opportunity to collaborate with fellow engineers on markets newest technological competences, engineering tools and processes. On day to day basis you will engage with one of the Middle office product value streams, where competences from different areas work together to drive business value.

Our organization is currently going through a technological and data transformation and our engineers play a very important role in ensuring we grasp every possibility of transitioning towards the target in the everyday tasks to be solved.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, develop and maintain SW/data solutions by finding the right balance between our traditional data warehouse and new data engineering technologies
  • Understanding the domains data and supporting the modelling to be able to make data fit in the bigger picture
  • Supporting the operations of the legacy solutions during the transition phase
  • Participating in the refactoring of legacy solutions to newer solutions which follow NAM’s tech and data strategy

The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background: 

  • Hands on experience in coding languages Python and C# .net
  • Have good understanding of modern integration patterns like REST APIs and Apache Kafka
  • Familiarity with developer tools like excel and SQL, PLSQL
  • Familiarity with Data warehouse and Data Lakehouse
  • Have a basic understanding of cloud architecture/services (AWS)
  • Have working knowledge of CI-CD pipelines
  • Are fluent in English
