About our team

 

Welcome to the Private Markets team within Nordea Asset Management.

 

You’ll become part of an  entrepreneurial and growing  team. Here, we manage a fast growing portfolio of funds and mandates across private equity, private credit and infrastructure on behalf of Nordea Bank as well as external institutional clients. 

 

In the role you will be expected to:

  • Participate in all aspects of the investment cycle across:
  • Source and screen of new investment opportunities
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including preparation of internal decision making materials
  • Demonstrate high-quality analyses
  • Recurring monitoring and performance management of executed investments
  • Collaborate with the broader Private Markets team on an ad hoc basis

 

You’ll join a motivated, entrepreneurial and expanding team with a passion for private markets. The job is based in Copenhagen.

To do well in this role, we believe that you have:

  • At least 2 years of university studies in a relevant field (Finance/Economics/Accounting/Math) with a solid academic record
  • An interest in investments and private markets
  • A motivated and engaged approach to responsibilities
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Solid analytical and numerical skills
  • Programming in Python (or comparable language) and working knowledge of SQL is not a requirement, but considered a plus
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
