Country Responsible for Fraud Communication & Awareness Denmark – Fraud Intelligence and Awareness – Fraud Management

We are now looking for a passionate and creative team member with a keen interest in fighting criminals on behalf of Nordea. You will be the prime speaking partner for Fraud Communication in your country.

That’s why fraud communication and awareness is a key area within Fraud Prevention, and that’s why we need your ideas and unique background. The offer

 

We offer an interesting position in the international field of Fraud Prevention. As country responsible, you will have a great opportunity to steer and manage the work in your own geography. You will also gain a lot of insight and knowledge about the fraud subject matter overall.

 

You will be responsible for fraud communication and awareness activities in your country. Overall, our Nordic team is responsible for all fraud intelligence, awareness and communication activities in Nordea, such as training, info campaigns, newsletters, webcasts, and internal as well as external presentations. For back-up, co-operation and co-ordination you will have your three Nordic counterparts as well as the four Fraud Intelligence experts in the team.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Successfully and independently drive and execute the daily operational communication and awareness work in your country
  • Develop and execute the strategy for fraud awareness and communication work in your country
  • Be the speaking partner towards other stakeholders regarding Fraud awareness
  • Engage with key stakeholders on different organisational levels to deliver value-adding information, including several stakeholders outside Nordea
  • Develop and hold presentations for Nordea’s customers, both private and corporate
  • Develop and hold awareness raising presentations for Nordea’s employees

 

The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:

  • Solid driver skills
  • Great team player
  • Strong ability to work independently, initiate and drive own ideas to fulfilment
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • Good skills in using social media for communication
  • Fluency in the local language (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
