About this opportunity


You will be working with one or two teams depending on their maturity, complexity and size. You will contribute to raising agile maturity in Personal Banking by growing cross-functional, self-organized, empowered teams that deliver customer value. In this role you will be supported and coached by peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches in our active community. 
What you will be doing:  

  • Facilitate scrum events (daily stand-up, sprint planning, demos, retrospective and refinement)  
  • Coach the Product Management in managing the product backlog 
  • Build solid relationships with the team and create a trusting environment
  • Inspire others
  • Encourage self-organization and ownership 
  • Learn a lot and encourage continuous improvement 


You will join a SAFe Agile Release Train / teams developing features in our mobile and web solutions for all Nordic countries.

Your profile and background: 

  • You have proven experience in influencing (senior) leaders
  • You have experience in business development and working in an agile environment
  • Strong driving force, able to work independently and self-motivated
  • An ability to utilize your excellent communication skills on different organizational levels
  • Ability to operate in a technical team. Understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycles
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Nice to have: Jira, Kendis, MS Teams, SharePoint and Confluence experience
