Would you like to be the single point of contact that holds all our activities together? We are now looking for a process manager to support our team in delivering strategic governance processes, Overseeing or coordinating business-critical processes, and facilitating project delivery and prioritization.

Welcome to the NAM Project Office team. We add value by providing strong project governance, process optimization, supportive tools and effective decision-making support. As a Process Manager, have an important role in ensuring that our governance processes run smoothly, our business processes are optimized, and our stakeholders are aligned with project priorities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitating project governance boards and steering committees where decisions about project prioritization and resource allocation are made
- Optimizing key business processes within the project office to improve efficiency, ensure complianceand a smooth workflow
- Owning and maintaining the Power PPM tool and the PowerBI Dashboard, ensuring it is configured to meet business needs, and coordinating with external vendors for updates and changes
- Supporting governance and lifecycle management processes related to all projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including those resistant to change, ensuring alignment and buy-in across departments
- Preparing reports and presenting data insights using Power BI to inform key decision-makers and provide transparency across the project portfolio

To do well in this role, we believe you are:
- A skilled communicator with a proven ability to manage both process and stakeholder relationships, even in complex situations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in optimizing processes
- Comfortable with both governance frameworks and change management, enabling smooth transitions in tools and processes
Your experience and background:
- Proven experience in project governance, process management, and coordination, e.g. within the financial or IT operations sectors
- Experience from a consulting firm is an advantage
- Great process management and optimization skills, with a proven history of improving workflows and driving compliance
- Expertise in using Power PPM and experience aligning it with business requirements is considered an added value
- Great Power BI skills, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations
- Experience with stakeholder management and driving governance and process optimization
