Would you like to be part of driving the development of Nordea’s Global Fraud Monitoring solution forward? We are now looking for a Product Owner in the Fraud Agile Execution team and are offering you an exciting opportunity to develop a key crime fighting capability in Nordea. You should be familiar with how to drive epics in an agile framework, set requirements and coordinate development with several stakeholders.

About this opportunity


Welcome to the Fraud Agile Execution team. We are an execution team with product owners in the authentication space as well as the global fraud monitoring programme. We work closely with our IT partners in this space. We maintain and foster close collaborations with stakeholders and development units in the business areas and other group functions.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Be a flexible product owner in a dynamic team within the Global Fraud Monitoring programme (GFM)
  • Drive improvements for existing and new applications to enhance business value and limit the fraudsters methods for negatively impacting our customers
  • Use your business knowledge, analytical skills and product competencies to deliver on objectives.
  • Be self-going and develop good relationships and alignment with your team members and stakeholders in Group financial crime prevention – Fraud Management and other units
  • Build up specific competence on processes and applications in the Fraud Management area.
  • Identify potential and actively propose improvements to streamline the end to end GFM processes, enable automation through data and increase quality.


You’ll join a diverse, multi-faceted and passionate team. Occasional travel primarily in the Nordics should be expected.

Your experience and background:


  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Product Owner with business development, preferably within Financial Crime Prevention.
  • Senior driver of business requirements and implementation of change
  • Strong understanding of both business and IT and the linkage between
  • Strong communication capacity: comfortable initiating and driving meetings with stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and develop an understanding, interest and passion for banking and fighting financial crime
  • High level of energy and engagement with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
  • A natural “can do” attitude and a high level of curiosity to find solutions
  • Good level of English in oral and writing
