We are seeking a mid/senior level professional with a strong digital toolbox who can execute on new digital strategic initiatives - combining structured execution, stakeholder management, user-centricity and a solid understanding of modern digital practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digitalisation, business refinement, customer value creation and technical development. You will assist our digital- and customer experience leads to execute new digital developments directed by them and designed/refined by you.

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Mature new digital opportunities by analyzing customer- and business needs, and ensuring feasibility (technical, regulatory etc.) 
  • Drive business refinement through structured problem solving and data driven validation (qual and quant) 
  • Map customer journeys, transform concepts into prototype (Figma) and prepare user tests 
  • Ensure timely involvement of relevant stakeholders and align requirements between business and IT by assisting technical developments with descriptions of features, acceptance criteria etc. 
  • Continuously secure impact follow-up of new releases based on data, insight and performance metrics

 

Who you are

Your background and skills include:

  • Experience working with digitalisation and business refinement - ideally in a complex or regulated industry e.g. from consultancy roles 
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, methodical approach to planning and execution, with a natural drive to deliver 
  • Ability to work with digital deliveries end to end - from problem framing to solution implementation 
  • Familiarity with CX/UX methods such as journey mapping, insight gathering and prototyping (Figma) to support alignment and clarity 

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Have experience within business development, digital strategy, consultancy or service design 
  • Have worked with B2B/corporate customers, ideally in the life and pension industry 
  • Have worked with B2B/corporate customers, ideally in the life and pension industry 
  • Bring experience with agile ways of working or design thinking
