About this opportunity

Welcome to the Digital Insights team. We add value by providing actionable insights, utilizing our data for better decisions and driving the journey of utilising advanced analytics in One Digital. Our team is made up of analysts, developers, and data scientists. We work towards constantly improving our digital channels (mobile bank, netbank, chatbots, etc.) with better data solutions. As customer insight analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in making sense of our data and driving better decisions. 

What you’ll be doing:


  • Be a key member of cross functional team working towards improving mobile and netbank
  • Analyse customer activities within mobile and netbank via Adobe Analytics Workspaces
  • Deliver deep-dive analysis and generate data-driven recommendations to the product development teams and senior stakeholders
  • Work with channel development teams on implementing tracking in a way that enables good analysis and follows general tracking framework
  • Share your findings with various stakeholders across the organization via presentations, reports and dashboards

You’ll join a team of data professionals that are passionate about understanding our customers and have a focus on learning and developing. The role is based in Helsinki or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background: 

•    You have experience in implementing tracking, analysing online (web or mobile) data and presenting results
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (engineering, computer science, statistics, etc.) or equivalent job experience
•    You are a good presenter with the ability to communicate findings in an engaging manner
•    Having experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager or Adobe Target is considered a big plus.
•    Having experience in at least one self-service analytics platform is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.)
•    You are fluent in English
